1. Proposed Subject Matter
It will be a female-empowered TV show on cultural diversity in 3 episodes.

1.1. The first episode will be a debate show with presence of three experts and also a number of women of different cultures to discuss over their points of view and aspects of the matter of being a single mom and how it may affects their life and loosing or achieving opportunities.

1.3. The third episode in an interview format will deal with the role of women in occupations and debates how much companies are responsible for the diversity issue and fights for gender equality through training improving self confidence.
2. Target Audience
2.1. The main target of this program will be women of different cultures ,aged mostly between 18-50, and obviously for each episode there will be a main group of female audiences based on their role in family and society as moms, working member of the family and so on.
This TV show is planed to discuss some difficulties female gender may encounter in their life in a lot of societies and wants to challenge the regulations being ruled on women in order to informs them of the social, political and human rights.
2.2. Political people in responsible will be also one of the target of this program as it objects to the quality and quantity of the opportunities available for women in different occupations and will expect them to sort out problems women are facing finding suitable job with the least gender inequality.
2.3. This program wants not only women and political responsibilities to come into challenge but also men as one of the most crucial partners alongside with women in understanding and accompanying them to get through improvement in every kind of roles individually and in as part of family.
3. Proposed Format
The program will come in 3 proposed format: a debate show, a documentary and the last one in an interview format. It concludes of 3 episode,1:45 hour each.
It will represent in three different theme relevant to three episodes showing one of the aspects of women’s life and tries to challenge problems and questions women would face in everyday life and wants to find a solution to improve the quality of opportunities which potentially are their rights.
Three formats of debate, documentary and interview has been chosen for this program as it goes through and the logic behind it is to attempt to get the best feedback by discuss the matter in an realistic format based on the instinctive nature of the themes of the program.
4. Method of Distribution
4.1. Television
As we would like to have the most potential audiences for the program, it will come out on ITV channel at 9:00 pm and it is important as this channel has a good reputation about women programs such as ‘Loos Women’ and has promised to launch a channel specific aim at women.
4.2. Youtube
Videos of the program will be uploaded to Youtube as we would like to receive feedback and comments to help us to improve our program and resolve its weakness in probable future programs related to the matter.
5. Legal Constraints & Regulation
As the recent version of ‘the Ofcom Broadcasting Code’ covers all broadcasting programs from 3 April 017, also in regards to convention on human rights, in this case women, generally accepted standards, as it has been referred to in The Broadcasting Code, must be applied to the program.
As for episode 2 which is aimed to Persian women under the political force of religion constraints, the religion section of Ofcom code which discuss about avoiding probable abusive religious point of views and treatment towards other religious societies must be taken to the consideration.
6. Marketing
As the most target audience of this program is women of different cultures and social roles, I would suggest marketing plans of a vast popularity known to women such as:
